DELIVERY
Under normal conditions, orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours from the order date (this period may be extended in the event of high demand or events external to La Marque). They are then delivered within 3 to 5 business days throughout mainland France and 3 to 15 business days for international orders. These delivery times are given as an indication and depend on our transport partners.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking code to track the delivery.
Exceeding this deadline may under no circumstances be held against Les Joailleuses, nor give rise to termination of the contract or any compensation for damages.
Beyond a period of 30 days from the date of the order, Les Joailleuses will proceed to reimbursement by bank transfer of the undelivered goods (excluding tracking indicated delivered).
Ordered products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. As such, Les Joailleuses is unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.
No changes to your address, items, or other information will be possible after your payment has been validated. Please carefully check the billing and shipping information you have entered.
In the event of an error made when entering the delivery address, Les Joailleuses cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of the order. The customer will have to pay a flat-rate fee to return their package to the correct address. This fee amounts to €4.99 for France and €6.99 for the rest of the world.
Les Joailleuses cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals.
Beyond a period of 30 days from the date of the order, the customer can no longer claim a package not received.
The transfer of risks occurs at the time of delivery of the goods. Les Joailleuses cannot be held responsible for damage of external origin or resulting from misuse, improper use, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the customer, as well as in the event of normal wear and tear of the product.
Les Joailleuses cannot be held liable in the event of contractual non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure, including, but not limited to, war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, import problem, strike, pandemic, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm, flood.
Some important information regarding delivery to the French overseas departments and territories, Switzerland and countries outside Europe:
- Your order may be subject to the collection of sea taxes by the territorial customs services,
- You will have to pay these taxes and customs clearance fees directly to the customs services and the carrier.
Any claims for an order will be impossible after 30 days from the invoice date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

General conditions:

You have 14 days after the delivery date to make a return.

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return options available:

Exchange : for the same item or another product of your choice.

Refund : via the original payment method.

Credit : credit valid on our site with no expiry date.
Return costs:

Defective/Error items : free return.

Other cases :

France : €4.99 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Other countries : €6.99 will be deducted.

In case of exchange with another item, no return costs will be applied.
Important information:

If you received free items in your order, you must return them for your return to be valid.

In the event of a refund request, the amount ultimately retained may be different taking into account current promotions.
If the return concerns an item purchased with a bundle promotion (example: 3+1 free or -20% from 2 items), the entire bundle must be returned to receive a full refund.
However, if you return only part of your order, the products kept will be considered at their unit price not discounted on the site.
Reimbursement cannot be granted in the following situations:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,

Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery,

Any return that does not contain any information that allows the order in question or the sender to be identified (first and last name, order number),

Any item purchased as part of a bundle promotion and returned alone, without the full bundle.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
