When will I be charged after confirming my order?
Your bank account is debited as soon as the order is placed and payment is validated.

We deliver from Nice to all countries in the world.
Do you deliver to the French overseas departments and territories?
Yes, we deliver to the French overseas territories. Our average delivery times are between 3 and 15 working days.

How do I track the delivery of my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number of your package.
How do I correct an error in my delivery address?
We invite you to contact us as soon as possible by email at the following address: contact.lesjoailleuses@gmail.com. To deliver to you as quickly as possible, your order is processed very quickly. Address changes will only be possible within one hour after placing the order.
My package seems lost. What should I do?
If you notice that the status of your package has not changed for a long time, we invite you to contact us by email at the following address: contact.lesjoailleuses@gmail.com. Don't worry, we will do what is necessary to locate your package with our carrier and offer you a solution.
What delivery methods do you offer?
Your package will be shipped within 72 business hours. Delivery times are then between 3 and 6 business days for mainland France and between 3 and 15 business days for the rest of the world. Due to current conditions, delivery times may be extended.
Depending on the country of delivery, the delivery methods available to you are:

How much are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and delivery method. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed just before the checkout phase.
Returns & Refunds
What are the return conditions?
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of delivery of the package.
To return items, please contact us by email at: contact.lesjoailleuses@gmail.com. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery of the package. Returns will not be accepted if the item is unfit for sale (damaged, used, etc.). Items must be returned in their original packaging. If applicable, the items will be returned to you at your expense.
What is the reimbursement period?
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
