This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear of the jewelry. It also does not cover loss of jewelry.

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective jewelry, at our discretion. If the jewelry is no longer available, we may offer a gift voucher.
